Please B Seated was honored to donate rentals for the River Cafe’s reunion and BBQ on Wednesday, July 16th, which raised money for A Love Shared, a foundation created in honor of former River Cafe chef Gerry Hayden who was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gherig’s Disease) in 2011.
Guests feasted on creations from an all-star lineup of chefs including Charlie Palmer of Aureole, Bill Telepan of Telepan Local, David Burke of David Burke Townhouse, and Brad Steelman of The River Café.
“It was a perfect evening,” said event planner Maria McBride who was an organizer of the event. “We had great weather, amazing food, fabulous guests, rich camaraderie that really made for a heart warming night. The chefs loved the Please B Seated details that made the event picture perfect. Chef Brad Steelman at the Café loved, loved, loved the planks, barrels and carts.”
